Richard Jobson will be let loose on the mic in Dunfermline as he performs unplugged and reads from his new book.
Jobson has written a book, The Story of the Skids, which serves as a visual history of the hometown punk heroes' journey.
It has been illustrated by artist Jonny Hannah, whose Betrothed & Devine exhibition comes to an end having taken place at Fire Station Creative.
Jobson's book will be available to buy on the night at the same venue, which will see him and Martin Metcalfe, of Goodbye Mr McKenzie, perform Skids songs and numbers from Metcalfe's back catalogue.
They will also play a few of their co-writes from the recent Skids album, Burning Cities and acoustic release, Peaceful Times.
Jobson is also set to read from his book and tell stories.
Tickets can be for £16.00 at the Fire Station Creative, Cafe / Bar or online at Eventbrite for the performance on Thursday, September 30th.
Doors open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start, with bar open.
